While doing life with two other planting families, you could spend face time with some of the world's leading missiologists, planters, authors, and experts on church planting as they equip you to go full steam ahead toward your mission. This training is much more than theory. It’s practical, "hands on" experience that will equip and empower you to start healthy, vibrant and reproducing churches.

Leaving the station . . .

After a year of training in beautiful Nashville, Tennessee, it’s time to engineer your own train. Residents become “conductors” as they are commissioned, and sent. What follows is four years of financial support, encouragement, and coaching to help ensure you and your family lead strong, build deep and, reproduce exponentially.
